1. Barbecue chicken
3-4 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
16 oz. bottle of barbecue sauce (we love Sweet Baby Rays)
1/2 cup hot Italian dressing
1/4 cup brown sugar
Mix the ingredients together. Put in the rock pot. Cook over low heat: 4-5 hours or over high heat 2-3 hours.
Shred them with a fork and serve them on buns for delicious barbecued chicken sammies. Or leave them whole and serve them with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.

2. Orange Chicken
3-4 Chicken breasts
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup orange marmalade
1 to 2 teaspoons of soy sauce (optional)
Cut the chicken into cubes and put it in the slow cooker. Mix the ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cook over low heat for 4-5 hours or over high heat for 2-3 hours. We love to serve this dish with some homemade fried rice and add a ton of vegetables! It’s much better than take-out!

3. Creamy Ranch Chicken
3-4 Chicken breasts
1 can of Cream of Chicken
1 package of Ranch dressing mix
1 packet of Italian seasoning
1/2 package cream cheese (4 oz)
Combine the cream of chicken, ranch and Italian seasoning. Place the chicken in a slow cooker and pour the mixture over it. Cook over low heat: 4-5 hours or over high heat 2-3 hours. Once cooked, shred with a fork and add the cream cheese to thicken and make it creamy. Serve over egg noodles or rice.

4. Chicken Salsa
3-4 Chicken breasts
1 jar of salsa
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
Mix all the ingredients and put them in a slow cooker. Cook over low heat: 4-5 hours or over high heat 2-3 hours. Grate with a fork. Serve over rice, use as a topping for burritos, toss over lettuce for a fun taco salad…

5. Chicken Ranch Tacos

1 packet of ranch mix
1 packet of taco seasoning
Put everything in the crock pot and let it go, it’s magic! Cook on low heat: 4-5 hours or on high heat 2-3 hours. Grate with a fork when you’re done and serve in tacos with your favourite toppings! Super fun and easy for Taco Tuesday!
