Zesty Horseradish Dip
Lipton mushroom mix was very popular a few decades ago; it makes some great dips to enjoy with steamed vegetables, veggie fritters, caramelized carrots and crunchy snacks. This recipe is from 1972.

2 cups sour cream
1 envelope beef flavored mushroom dry soup mix
¼ cup diced radishes
1 tablespoon red onion, diced thin
1 tablespoon bell pepper, diced thin, any color
½ cup diced cucumber
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish Chips, crackers, or cut vegetables to serve
Add the soup mix and sour cream to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until all ingredients are well coated.
Transfer the dip to a bowl and refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with chips, crackers, or cut vegetables.
