But with just one bite of this decadent, moist chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, everyone around the table commented that it was the best chocolate cake they had ever tasted.
As far as my home is concerned, this chocolate cake recipe now has that honor.
As the compliments continued, I didn’t start telling them how easy it was to make.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED :
2 cups of oatmeal.
3 large eggs.
1 cup of milk.
2 teaspoons baking powder.
1 cup of melted butter.
1/2 cup granulated sugar.
1 cup of cocoa powder.
100 g of melted dark chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
STEP II :
Using an electric mixer, mix all the liquid ingredients and then add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, beat for 7 minutes until creamy.
STEP III :
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
STEP IV :
Prepare a glossy chocolate ganache : Melt 300 g of chocolate cocoa and 2 cans of cream, stirring constantly, add a tablespoon of melted butter.
STEP V :
Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes and cut it into two equal parts, pour the super creamy ganache over each part.
Leave to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve and enjoy the cake.

You have to add 2 cans of cream for ganache.
