THE PERFECT ACCOMPANIMENT TO ROASTED MEATS
This easy stuffing ball recipe is the perfect accompaniment to roasted chicken, roasted turkey or roasted duck. I love to shape this delicious stuffing mix into cute little balls and cook them separately. Cooking them separately means they cook very quickly and get super crispy on the outside.
It’s also perfect if you have vegetarian guests because it means they too can enjoy this great stuffing.
But if you prefer, you can of course use Easy Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix to stuff the neck cavity of a turkey, or stuff the main cavity of a chicken or duck. Don’t forget to weigh your poultry once stuffed and calculate the cooking time based on the weight of the stuffing.
INGREDIENTS
* 2 white breads (of the day)
* 4 celery stalks, chopped
* 1 stick of butter
* 1 small onion, finely chopped
* turkey broth
* Poultry seasoning, sage, salt, pepper
MANAGEMENT
Break the bread into cube-sized pieces and leave to dry overnight.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan, add the celery and onion, fry until tender.
Pour the butter, celery and onion over the breadcrumbs.
Add seasonings to taste.
Add enough turkey broth to hold the bread in place without making it sticky. Shape the bread into balls and bake until golden brown, at 350 degrees.

What do you mean by 2 white breads?
2 slices doesn’t sound like enough and two loaves is an awful lot.
