8 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
Teaspoon of salt
2 sachets of yearst
Luke warm water.
2 cups of cooking oil to make the dough extra soft πŸ˜πŸ˜‹

Mix all the dry items and add water. Fold in the dough until it forms a semi hard ball then add bit of water to make it bit dense. Then pour a cup of oil and fold the dough for about 10 mins until its well combined nd not sticky. Close nd leave to prove for an hour . Fold it again leave it to prove for 30 mins .

Preheat the oven nd start rolling out the dough into same size balls nd place on grazed baking tray nd leave to prove for 15 min. After use a pastry brush or veerf kwas πŸ™ŠπŸ™Š that small painting brush to egg wash the rolls and bake at 180 for 30 min pls don’t over heat the oven basadi 😎
Finish off by butter to make em shiny and soft.
