Guys, today is the 6th anniversary of my blog! 😀 It’s cool. It’s kind of hard to believe I’ve been blogging for 6 years now. I started it without any expectations. It was really just a family blog – sharing family photos and news for friends, then I started posting recipes and the rest is history. Today I have over 778 recipes and it has become my dream career. Now these steak bites. We have to talk about them because they are unavoidable! I cooked them for dinner twice a week because we love them so much. I bet you already have the marinade ingredients in your pantry! They are all simple staples that turn a steak into something really delicious. Dinner literally takes only a few minutes to prepare and it tastes so good! I like to serve ours with a green salad and a vegetable. It’s a really great low carbohydrate dinner that I enjoy. 🙂 I hope you’ll try this recipe!
Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1-1/2 lb. flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
1 Place all ingredients, except steak, in a large zipper bag. Stir with a spoon to mix.
2 Place the steak pieces and close the pouch. Stir gently to completely coat the steak in the marinade. Place the bag in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours.
3 Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Heat skillet until very hot. Remove the steak pieces from the marinade with a slotted spoon and place them in the hot pan. Discard marinade. Cook steak to desired temperature. We like medium-high, so I cooked ours for about 3 minutes.
4 Serve hot and enjoy!

I found the steak to be tough. What can I do so that doesn’t happen again
I actually used a very lean cut of what people would call Stewing Beef … it came so tender, and we served it with some Fragrant rice like Jasmine …
I put mine in a crock pot for about 8 hours on low. So tender!
What do you think about using the same recipe with pork

But it in a 9 by13 pan spray first,Mix one Pkg, Lipton Onion soup mix package , can of Cream of Mushroom soup, one package Brown gravy mix 1 cup water Mix Good. -pour over Stew meat. Stir DOUBLE FOIL,Bake 300 degree double foil 3 hours. Serve over rice,Noodles,toast,With Mash’s Potatoes and Vegetables. MAKE AN AWESOME DINNER OR lunch.. WE LOVE IT AND IT IS EASY.ENJOY.
We make steak bites in the air fryer. Browned on the outside, medium rare inside.
