A delicious blend of pineapple and cream cheese in a graham cracker crust. When ready to serve, pull up a chair and enjoy!
This is a summertime favorite! Quick and easy to prepare. I like to dress it up with mandarin orange slices and marashchino cherries on top.
I love it!!! However I only used 1 can of pineapple and I drained it really well. Everyone loves it. Thanks for the recipe.
Very easy and very tasty. I didn’t have any crushed pineapple so I used a can of chunk pineapple…threw it in the food processor.
I made this for my dad on Father’s Day. I got 3 calls to tell me how great this recipe was. It was so super easy too. This one is definitely a keeper. Thank you so much for sharing!
INGREDIENTS :
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
2 (15 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 ¾ cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
INSTRUCTIONS :
Step 1: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar together. Stir in 1 can of pineapple and whipped topping to cream cheese mixture. Mix until smooth.
Step 2: Pour mixture into crust and top with other can of pineapple. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Why is it that the picture on facebook NEVER looks like the one on the recipe?????
Loved it!
