Let stand, in a room at minus 19 to 20 ° C, for about 3 hours. The bread dough will swell.
Take the dough and knead it on a floured surface. Shape the bread dough and place the bread on a floured oven board.
Cover the bread again with the cloth and let stand for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
